Remove the down duvet, detach the foot end (both extension and short part), and detach the faux fur trim. Turn the foot muff inside out and close all zippers and velcro before washing. (You can wash the fur trim separately at 30 degrees in the machine). Wash the foot muff on a 40-degree wool cycle. The down duvet and foot ends can be washed using a down-specific cycle if your machine has it. Use half the recommended dose of a mild detergent without bleach. Do not use fabric softener. The down duvet and foot ends MUST be tumble-dried with 4-5 tennis balls at around 50 degrees Celsius. Do not stop the drying before the down products are completely dry. Hang the rest of the foot muff to dry, do not use a tumble dryer.

General:
If the down has clumped after washing, it's likely that it hasn't spent enough time in the dryer. In that case, you need to repeat the washing process to loosen the down again and run new and longer drying cycles in the dryer.
Store the winter foot muff in a dry place when not in use. Do not compress the muff; you can use the provided storage bag that comes with it. Down-filled bags should not be stored in completely airtight conditions.
