Description

Ferd Mini is a versatile footmuff designed to fit car seat group 0+, and it’s also compatible with strollers and bicycle trailers. Filled with high-quality down and polyester, it provides exceptional warmth, while the wool back and cotton lining ensure comfort against your child's skin. The outer fabric is made from strong polyester, offering durability, and it's both waterproof (3000mm) and windproof to protect against the elements.

Certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (18.HCN.38944) and treated with Bionic Finish ECO, this footmuff is safe and environmentally friendly. Measuring 87 cm in length, it features a non-lock zipper for quick access and can be opened at the bottom for added convenience if the child is wearing shoes.

Why use a car seat bag?
It is recommended to have the car seat harness as close to the child as possible. This means that there should be no thick jackets or sweaters between the child and the harnesses. With a car seat bag, you can place the harnesses close to the child while the child keeps warm. Our car seat bags also have a non-lock zipper for quick opening, which regular foot muffs do not have and should therefore not be used in a car seat due to safety. Ferd has lovely down in the front and wool in the back.

If it gets hot in the car, you can easily open the whole bag and fold it to the side. The baby then sits on wool, but wool has the wonderful property that it is heat-regulating. Thus, the child can get milder without having to take off the harness or get out of the chair. Ferd can also be used in a strollers, but comes without the extension part that our foot muffs have. It is also great for use in a bicycle trailer. The opening in the bottom allows the child to sit snug and warm with the shoes on.
